Frequently asked questions.

Common questions about EON ROBOTICS, physical-AI deployment, and managed operations.

What is EON ROBOTICS?
EON ROBOTICS is a physical-AI deployment and managed-operations company. EON combines robots, cameras, intelligence infrastructure, local safety systems, industrial connectivity, facility software, and field service into complete production deployments.
Does EON manufacture robots?
EON is vendor-neutral. We evaluate and integrate the appropriate robot hardware for the workflow rather than requiring every customer to use one machine.
Does EON build AI models?
EON can integrate customer models, open models, specialized policy runtimes, and cloud or edge AI infrastructure. Our primary responsibility is making the complete system operational inside the facility.
Can intelligence run in the cloud?
Yes, when the task, network, model, latency, and failure behavior support it. EON also designs local and hybrid architectures where safety, resilience, privacy, or task requirements demand them.
Does the robot need its own cameras?
Not always. Some deployments can combine facility-mounted cameras with robot-mounted cameras, telemetry, force sensing, and local safety systems.
What happens if connectivity is lost?
Every deployment must define its network-loss behavior before production. A system may stop accepting remote actions, complete only an approved local action, return to a safe state, and require authorized recovery.
Can EON integrate with existing systems?
EON can connect robotic workflows to systems such as WMS, MES, CMMS, BMS, access-control, video, and ticketing platforms through supported APIs, protocols, and project-specific adapters.
How does a project begin?
Most projects begin with a Robotics Readiness Assessment focused on a real workflow, facility, technical environment, safety constraints, and economic objective.
Does EON provide ongoing support?
EON can provide monitoring, remote diagnostics, maintenance coordination, field service, incident response, performance reporting, and expansion planning.
Is EON a security-robot company?
Security and patrol are one EON solution area. The broader company deploys workcells, vision systems, inspection systems, managed fleets, and facility-level robotics infrastructure.
